The STANLIB Property Income fund is suited to investors looking for steady and growing income and capital growth over time through investing in property assets. The fund invests predominantly in listed property shares, mainly through real estate investment trusts.. The fund’s intention is to remain fully invested in property. Cash and money market investments are limited to a maximum of 5% of the portfolio.
