Fund Overview

The STANLIB Global Property Fund. invests predominantly in listed property shares, mainly through real estate investment trusts, which offer investors exposure to global real estate properties and mortgages. The fund’s intention is to remain fully invested in property. Cash and money market investments are limited to a maximum of 5% of the fund if considered necessary. Investors suited to this fund will be looking for both capital and income growth through investing in shares in global property companies and property related securities listed on exchange in major markets (and to a lesser degree, smaller emerging markets), and real estate investment trusts. South African investors are exposed to additional currency risk.
